Is Google Apps really the true Microsoft Office killer?

Anita Campel, editor of Small Business Trends argues that Google Apps is not really a threat to Microsoft since they are the king of search, not the king of office programs. Microsoft have 450 million users worldwide which is an impressive number to say the least. And she means that they will not switch to Google Apps any day soon.
But I still think Microsoft should look out, and I’m sure they are already working on solutions to meet the significant trend of online applications. Since both office applications and even operating systems (like YouOs.com) have online rivals these days. Losing big companies like Disney and Pixar might be the first step towards the end of Microsoft Office in a few years. Nobody knows this early into the game.
